NOTE: Not all file types can be viewed in StoAmigo. Please see below for a list of files that are able to be viewed in StoAmigo. Files that are not able to be viewed can still be accessed and shared.

Step 1: When a file is first uploaded into StoAmigo you will see the pending conversion icon located ( pending-conversion-icon ) before the file name. This icon indicates the file is in the process of being converted.

NOTE: Large files and multiple file uploads will take longer to convert.

NOTE: If you don’t see any icon here it means the file type cannot be viewed or played in StoAmigo.

Step 2: When the file has been converted the icon will now show that the file has been converted ( ) and you will now be able to play or view the file by clicking this icon.

If there is a problem with the conversion, you will see the conversion failed icon ( ). Click on this icon to restart the conversion process.

StoAmigo supports a “view only” mode for these types of files:

MP3, WAV, WMA, M4A, FLAC, AAC, AIFF, AU and OGG audio files
JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, THM, and BMP picture files
DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF, HTML, HTM, TXT and SXW document files
XLS, XLSX, CSV, SXC and ODS spreadsheet files
PDF, TIFF, EPUB, DJVU, TIF, FB2 and CHM ebook files
MP4, MPG, MPEG, MPEG4, AVI, WMV, M4V, FLV, LRV, ASF, MOV, VOB, 3GP and MKV video files

If you are trying to view a file via Tack App your browser or device must have the required plugins to play the files. If you have the required plugins you can “view only” with these types of files:

MP3, WAV, WMA, M4A, FLAC, AAC, AIFF, AU and OGG audio files
JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, THM, and BMP picture files
PDF document files
MP4, MPG, MPEG, MPEG4, AVI, WMV, M4V, FLV, LRV, ASF, MOV, VOB, 3GP and MKV video files
