Using the StoAmigo Website

Step 1: From the ‘Options’ drop-down menu click on ‘Manage storages’

Step 2: From the ‘Manage storages’ window, click on the 2-Factor Authentication icon ( 2FA-enabled.png ) for the storage option that contains the 2-factor protection you would like to remove.

Step 3: From the ‘Security mode’ window enter your PIN and click the ‘request token’ button.

Step 4: The ‘Security mode’ window changes to indicate that a token has been sent. NOTE: Manage how you receive your token in the ‘Manage PIN and token’ window.

Step 5: Check your email or app for the token that was sent.

Step 6: Enter the token in the ‘Security mode’ window and click the ‘submit token’ button.

Step 7: Click the ‘Clear selection’ link.

Step 8: The lock icon will disappear to indicate that no folders are going to have 2-factor protection on them. Click the ‘save’ button.

You will receive a message that the session is terminated.

Back in ‘Manage storages’ the 2-Factor Authentication icon will be white to indicate that no folder is protected for that storage.

Using the Mobile App (iOS)

Step 1: Touch the ‘Menu’ button from anywhere in the application and touch the ‘Options’ button.

Step 2: From the ‘Menu’ screen touch the ‘Manage storages’ button

Step 3: From the ‘Manage storages’ window touch the action icon ( Action-icon ) or long-touch on the storage option that contains the 2-factor protection you would like to remove.

Step 4: From the menu select the ‘2-Factor Authentication’ button.

Step 5: From the ‘Security mode’ window enter your PIN and touch the ‘Send’ button.

Step 6: The ‘Security mode’ window changes to indicate that a token has been sent. NOTE: Manage how you receive your token in the ‘Manage PIN and token’ window.

Step 7: Check your email or app for the token that was sent.

Step 8: Enter the token in the ‘Security mode’ window and touch the ‘submit token’ button.

Step 9: Touch the folder with the lock icon to remove it.

Step 10: The lock icon will disappear to indicate that no folders are going to have 2-factor protection on them. Touch the ‘Save’ button.

The 2-factor protection is now removed.
