Using the StoAmigo Website

Step 1: From the ‘Options’ drop-down menu click on ‘Manage PIN and token’

Step 2: From the ‘Manage PIN & token’ window, enter the PIN you would like to use and confirm the PIN in the designated fields. You can also determine the delivery method for tokens (email or mobile app) as well as the secured session duration. Click ‘save’ when completed.

Step 3: You will get an indication that a token has been sent using the delivery method chosen in Step 2.

Step 4: Check your email or mobile app (whichever delivery method you chose in Step 2) for your token.

Step 5: Enter the token you received in the designated space and click ‘submit token’

Your PIN will now be active.

 

Using the Mobile App (iOS)

Step 1: Touch the ‘Menu’ button from anywhere in the application and touch the ‘Options’ button.

Step 2: From the ‘Menu’ screen touch the ‘Manage PIN & token’ button

Step 3: From the ‘Manage PIN & token’ screen, enter the PIN you would like to use and confirm the PIN in the designated fields. You can also determine the delivery method for tokens (email or mobile app) as well as the secure session duration. Touch the ‘Save’ button when you are done.

Step 4: You will get an indication that a token has been sent using the delivery method chosen in Step 3.

Step 5: Check your email or mobile app (whichever delivery method you chose in Step 3) for your token.
