Adding a contact to a group from ‘All contacts’

Step 1: Click on the ‘Contacts’ tab.

Step 2: Click the action icon ( Action-icon ) for the contact you wish to add to a group and select the ‘Add to groups’ option.

Step 3: From the ‘Add contact to groups’ window, click on the check box for the group(s) you would like to add your contact into. You can also create a new group by typing in the name of the new group in the field marked ‘Create new groups, separated by comma.’ and then click the plus sign (+) next to it to create a new group.

Step 4: When you have selected the group(s) to add your contact into, click the ‘save’ button.

The contact is now added to the selected group(s).

Adding a contact to a group from ‘Groups’

Step 1: Click on the ‘Contacts’ tab.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Contacts:’ drop-down menu and select the ‘Groups’ option.

Step 3: Click on the plus icon ( plus-icon1 ) for the group you would like to add a contact into.

Step 4: A list of your contacts will open, click on the check box next to the contact(s) you would like to add into your selected group. When you have added all the contacts, click the ‘save’ button.

The contact(s) are now added to the selected group.

 

Using the Mobile App (iOS)

Adding a contact to a group from ‘All contacts’

Step 1: From the dashboard touch the ‘Contacts’ button.

Step 2: From the ‘Contacts’ screen touch the action icon ( Action-icon ) of the contact you wish to add to a group. NOTE: The action icon only appears in detailed view. If you are in thumbnail view you need to long-touch on the name of the contact.

Step 3: From the ‘Menu’ window, touch the ‘Add to groups’ button.

Step 4: From the ‘Add to groups’ window, touch the name of the group(s) you would like to add your contact into. You can also create a new group by typing in the name of the new group in the field marked ‘Create new groups, separated by comma’ and then click the plus sign (+) next to it to create a new group. A blue checkmark will appear for the selected group(s).

Step 5: When you have selected the group(s) to add your contact into, touch the ‘Save’ button.
