Make sure the StoAmigo App is running and a drive/folder is tacked. You can check the system tray in Windows or the Menu bar in MacOS. When the StoAmigo icon is blue it means the app is running and a drive/folder is tacked, when the StoAmigo icon is red it means the app is unavailable.Make sure the Tack App is running and a drive/folder is tacked.

Using the StoAmigo Website

Step 1: Login to your account. You will see the tacked drive/folder in the folder tree on the left. Click on the tacked drive/folder to see the contents.

Using the Mobile App (iOS)

Step 1: From the dashboard touch the ‘All files’ option.

You will see the tacked drive/folder among the storage options listed. Touch the tacked drive/folder to see the contents.
