Using the StoAmigo Website

Step 1: Click on the folder that has the 2-factor protection on it.

Step 2: From the ‘Security mode’ window enter your PIN and click the ‘Request Token’ button.

Step 3: The ‘Security mode’ window changes to indicate that a token has been sent. NOTE: Tokens are sent by the method chosen when you created your PIN.

Step 4: Check your email or app for the token that was sent.

Step 5: Enter the token in the ‘Security mode’ window and click the ‘Submit Token’ button.

The folder is now available to access. NOTE: Duration of access session can be set when you create your PIN.

 

Using the Mobile App (iOS)

Step 1: Touch the folder that has the 2-factor protection on it.

Step 2: From the ‘Security Mode’ window enter your PIN and touch the ‘Send’ button.

Step 3: The ‘Security Mode’ window changes to indicate that a token has been sent. NOTE: Tokens are sent by the method chosen when you created your PIN.

Step 4: Check your email or app for the token that was sent.

Step 5: Enter the token in the ‘Security Mode’ window and touch the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 3: The ‘Verify TOKEN’ window appears to indicate that a token has been sent. NOTE: Tokens are sent by the method chosen when you created your PIN.

Step 4: Check your email or app for the token that was sent.
